Zelda Keaton (top left)- Zelda has experience in Identifying and securing properties for residential development. Providin programming and budget oversight for residential, day program, medical and maintenance departments. Participated in executive level agency planning by identifying programming and staffing issues. Successfully passed program audits. Conducting executive meetings with staff.
Latia George (top right)- Latia Johnson-George, LCSW, is a dedicated social worker with 20 years of experience spanning substance abuse counseling, foster care prevention, behavioral health, medical social work, and school social work at both the primary and secondary levels. She has worked in direct practice and administration, serving individuals, families, couples, groups, and communities. A strong advocate for her clients, Latia is committed to self-determination, the strengths perspective, and a holistic approach to therapy. She integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and restorative practices with holistic modalities, including nature, crystals, singing bowls, and aromatherapy. Latia is passionate about continuous learning, growing her expertise, and serving as an agent of social change.
Rukisha Hodge (middle left)
Rukisha is a Board-Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to supporting her client’s efforts towards improving their mental health and wellness.
Rukisha earned a Master of Science from New York University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The College of New Rochelle. She has treated clients across the lifespan experiencing difficulties with major life transitions, adverse trauma responses, mood and anxiety disorders, and attentional problems. For almost a decade as a nurse, Rukisha has had the honor to work with clients from a variety of ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds in acute inpatient, residential, and community settings.
Brandon Warner (middle right)- Brandon is a seasoned executive management professional with over a decade of leadership experience in the non-profit sector, dedicated to serving foster children, families, young adults transitioning to independent living, and special education students.

I believe in a personalized approach that recognizes the strengths, aspirations, and individual goals of each person I serve. By connecting people with the right resources and creating pathways to independence, I aim to make a positive impact that extends beyond daily support and truly enhances quality of life.
